Although he did not attend her birthday dinner, the rumored couple were spotted leaving RAWkin’ Juice in Burbank, Calif., together.

However, after Bieber deleted his Instagram account (over some Selena Gomez drama), he was spotted with another blonde model named Bronte Blampied. Such a crazy drama right?
